Well, well, where should I start??!!!!! I will begin by stating that I have purchased seventeen (17) homes during the past sixty (60) years of my life and sold sixteen (16) of those. Needless to say, I have dealt with several realtors! But, I must hasten to say that Susan Takara is by far the VERY BEST I have ever had the experience to deal with in purchasing a home. Honestly, I do not know how she has the time to spend with clients like me! She spent hours upon hours searching for the properties she knew would really please my wife and me. She went through two offers on properties that were not purchased for various reasons before the final offer and purchase of the property now owned.
